in one word worthless, already bought cable a few times. When we got home, it turned out that a large number of meters were missing, well, if you have to turn like that, you better stop. The gentlemen use this trick very often, so be warned... measure it after what you buy.
Our saucer refused to rise again. Made an appointment with Arob and we were helped immediately. As it turned out; presumably a branch had activated the dish's safety. After tightening two Allen screws on the hinge point of the dish, it worked as usual again. The technician explained that every dish has such a safety feature. Sometimes they are bolts and certain dishes even have a shear pin that needs to be replaced. After a quick check to see whether the receiver needed any updates (it didn't) and loading the latest channel list from Canal Digital, we were ready again. Less than 5 minutes of work. We were offered coffee and they did not want to pay. So little work is part of their service. Very satisfied and impressed with the knowledge and customer friendliness.
Due to busy times, I received everything in parts after I had always contacted them myself.
But in the end I got it complete and that's what matters.
So they resolved it nicely and will order again if I need anything.
Recently went to Arob for conversion to canal, great help and everything works properly.
